Entry route: Enter through medicine, life sciences, statistics, engineering or public-health degrees, then build epidemiology, data or product skills.
Colleges and preparation: MPH, biostatistics, health informatics or biomedical routes with real project exposure.

What Changed When the Work Was Tested
A student wanted medicine mainly for security but disliked prolonged patient contact. Comparing clinical, diagnostic and health-data work led to a life-sciences plus biostatistics plan rather than an unsuitable MBBS commitment. Validate medical fit before another coaching decision
Use this as a decision experiment. Keep the evidence, review what changed and only then commit to a longer course or degree.
