Read the work behind the degree

Try compulsory work from the actual syllabus. These are specific examples, not universal curricula.

B.Com: accounting

DU honours: financial and corporate accounting, law and management. Trace entries; explain a statement. For general B.Com alongside a job or qualification, verify timetable and attendance; spare time is not guaranteed.

DU commerce curriculum Empty business workspace with tables, chairs and large windows

BBA: business decisions

Test a customer message. CHRIST’s specialised BBA in Strategy and Business Analytics includes management, marketing and mathematics. Read beyond the label.

CHRIST programme example

BMS and BBA-FIA

DU BMS: statistics, business analytics, operations management. Try a queue or staffing problem. BBA-FIA: financial accounting, quantitative techniques, investment analysis. Try a financial statement. These are practice prompts.

DU management and finance curricula Printed bar charts and a colourful pie chart beside stacked folders

Economics honours

DU: mathematical methods, statistics, microeconomics and macroeconomics. Try mathematical explanation; reading economic news alone is insufficient.

Before shortlisting

Verify entry rules against your subjects, full cost, attendance and sample assessments. Class XI: try the work now; recheck entry rules in your application year.

Questions you might have
Which is better: B.Com or BBA?

Try accounting and business scenarios. Your result names a starting route and a task to test it.

Is BMS always more analytical than BBA?

No. DU’s BMS and CHRIST’s BBA examples both include mathematical work. Check your programme’s compulsory modules.

Can an arts student use this quiz?

Yes. Check your actual subjects against the named programme’s current official rules. Stream alone does not establish eligibility.

Can I choose Economics without mathematics?

Check the exact entry rules. DU’s curriculum includes mathematical methods and statistics; this quiz cannot certify eligibility.

Will B.Com general leave time for another qualification?

Check the named timetable: attendance, travel, classes and independent study alongside your qualification.

Does this tell me which degree will get me a job?

No job or salary is promised. If earning soon matters, your plan includes a practical sample and feedback.

What if none of my options is eligible?

Your study-fit pick remains a starting point. Find an eligible programme before applying.

Why are contact details required?

To store your result and request its email. Required acknowledgements remain separate from optional, initially unticked future-contact choices.

Can a parent answer, and what if saving is offline?

Yes, alone or together. Discuss parent-only answers with the student. After the gate, print/download works while saving is pending; email delivery is unconfirmed.

Do I need paid help to use the result?

No. Your study task, weekly plan and worksheet stand alone. Optional help includes reasons to use or skip it.

How this was made

Study preferences and short scenarios inform a degree starting point. Planning answers identify the entry, cost, timetable or syllabus check to do first. Examples come from saved DU and CHRIST curriculum pages, checked on 22 October 2026. The twenty questions cover study tasks and practical constraints separately. A named course’s current official rules still decide eligibility.
