Start with the scheme that matches your application
GD Goenka University publishes separate scholarship routes for school-leaving marks, entrance performance, postgraduate study and sporting achievement. These are different assessments, not a single discount that applies to every course. The tables below retain the university's categories and thresholds checked on 15 October 2026. The CUET table explicitly names 2026; the other displayed tables do not establish a fresh 2027 award window. Confirm the scheme for your intake before treating a percentage as an amount you will receive.
The university's introductory policy connects support with qualifying-exam merit and satisfactory Aspire Scholarship Test performance. A board-mark band should therefore be read with the admissions conditions, not as an unconditional entitlement. Ask whether an assessment or separate scholarship decision is required for your course. An academic offer and a scholarship award should each identify what has been approved.

School marks and entrance scores use different scales
The undergraduate academic table works with aggregate marks in 10+2. JEE Main and CUET have their own tables, while law applicants are shown a CLAT rank grid. A percentage of marks, an examination percentile and an All India Rank measure different things. Use the heading attached to your evidence rather than choosing the largest percentage from an unrelated route. The original band boundaries are retained, including any gaps in the publisher's wording.
For school-mark applicants, the lowest listed concession has a course restriction: the 70% to 79.99% band is identified only for B.Sc. Agriculture and B.Pharmacy. It is not shown here as a general concession for management, law or engineering. If your marks fall at a boundary, supply the actual marksheet and ask the university which aggregate method it uses. We have not rounded a score upward or filled an unprinted boundary.
Postgraduate applicants need the correct grid
The general postgraduate academic schedule differs from the table for the Centre of Excellence in Occupational Health, Safety, Fire & Environment. That specialist table names academic stages as well as mark bands. Applicants should ask which qualifications are assessed and whether each named stage must meet the requirement. Do not transfer a threshold from the general PG table into a technical postgraduate offer.
Management entrance routes also have distinct tables. MAT, CMAT and XAT are grouped together, while CAT is listed separately with its own award levels. An applicant with more than one valid result should submit the relevant scorecards and request a written decision under the appropriate policy. This guide does not assume that separate examination awards can be combined or that an entrance score replaces the underlying degree eligibility.
Sports and family concessions are separate evidence routes
The sports schedules distinguish international, national and state achievement. Participation and a medal position are not treated alike. Ask which competitions and certificates are accepted, whether trials or verification are needed, and how the achievement must relate to your admission year. The published table alone does not tell a student that every event organised at a particular geographical level qualifies.
The page also lists concessions for specified defence backgrounds, North-East states and Sikkim candidates, and siblings studying at the university. Those categories need evidence of the relationship or status. Check the applicable programme, duration and covered fee component for the concession you intend to claim. We have not added a family concession to an academic percentage or calculated a combined net fee.
Academic-fee support does not settle every expense
Several tables describe an academic-fee scholarship. The wording matters because a fee schedule can separately list an admission charge, security amount or other payment. Ask which charges an award covers, when it is credited and what remains due before enrolment. A scholarship percentage is not enough information to authorise a smaller payment than the offer requires.
The fee guide preserves annual, admission and security columns separately. Use that structure when asking for your scholarship quotation: match the exact programme row and ask admissions to identify the covered column. For hostel, transport or any additional benefit, obtain explicit written confirmation. Introductory benefit headings on a scholarship page do not establish that every academic-band applicant receives free accommodation or transport.
Applying without assuming a renewal promise
Begin with your programme and academic background, then identify the evidence route in the published policy. Submit marksheets, scorecards or status documents through the process admissions specifies. Ask when the award decision is made relative to paying an acceptance amount. Keep a copy of the award and the schedule used to calculate it, including the academic year.
The retrieved material does not give a complete intake-specific renewal and stacking rule for every displayed scheme. Ask what academic performance, attendance or other conditions govern continuation, whether the percentage can change, and what happens after a course transfer or withdrawal. An annual fee and a scholarship at entry do not establish the same concession for every later year. Plan the payment decision around the written award rather than a verbal expectation.
What AptiGuide can help you clarify
If you are choosing between courses at GD Goenka, bring your preferred degree, marks and entrance results to a discussion. We can help you organise the questions and distinguish the relevant published routes. The university decides eligibility and awards. Applying early or fitting a table does not allow AptiGuide to promise a concession.
For a 2027 application, the useful next step is a dated policy and a programme-specific award decision. Keep the published reference grid as supporting context, and ask whether it has been replaced. If a portal quotation differs from the table, request the reason and retain the corrected document before accepting the offer.
